The Associate of Science Degree in Organizational Management (64 credits) is an ideal choice for many adults who are thinking about returning to college.

The courses are scheduled sequentially, meeting from 6 to 10 p.m. one evening per week. One course of five to six weeks is taken at a time and students register as a cohort group and progress through the program together. See a list of the upcoming start dates >>>.

A business case study is included in the major. This special project engages students in group problem solving and addresses the need for creative thinking. It is specifically designed to accomplish these goals:

  • To enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • To develop new business tools and systematic approaches essential in today's dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.
  • To provide students with a vehicle in which to integrate and demonstrate their understanding of business principles, concepts, and skills.
